The project has exceeded all expectations of the elected members and our economic development team in terms of the community pride generated by the cook book's publication and also the amount of publicity for the Scenic Rim region directly attributable to the release of this fabulous book. The authors displayed a wealth of skill and professionalism in the recipe development, photography, writing, design, and the publishing process from end to end. Further, the publication was delivered on time and on budget. Local farmers and food and beverage producers constantly approach me to express their pleasure in participating in the project. 'Eat Local: Food, Farming and Conversation in the Scenic Rim' has provided an incredible tool to promote the region and its core values - its people, landscape and food - to a national and international audience.

The execution of the two volumes was flawless. From concept to reality, the process was smooth, exciting and fun. The project was delivered on time through every step of the process and communication lines were always open and very clear. These fabulous publications celebrating the growers, makers and producers of the Scenic Rim through candid conversations and stunning imagery have delivered results beyond our highest hopes. Sales were strong, with Volume 1 sold out, but the value of this book cannot be measured in sales revenue alone. The publicity for our region generated as a result of the books exceeded the costs of producing the books at least ten-fold. An additional benefit of the project was the amazing gallery of high quality images and content created by Christine that we are able to use in a variety of formats, further creating value from the initial investment in the project. We simply could not have achieved this incredible outcome had we worked with anyone else.

Christine provided editorial services for more than ten of Wiley’s front‐list higher education titles, including Australia’s best‐selling 'Marketing' and 'Festival and Special Event Management' texts. She edited texts ranging across employment relations, mental health care, teaching and accounting. I know Christine as a highly professional, capable and organised editor, consistently able to work to deadlines and within budget. Her experience across other aspects of the publishing process enabled her to approach her editing with an eye to design and layout. Christine is an excellent communicator and easy to work with. I greatly valued her contribution to Wiley’s higher education publishing program during the five years we worked together.
